When you book a call or request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and whatever project details you choose to share. If you purchase a package we also process payment details through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to schedule and hold your call, add the appointment to our calendar, send you the invite and reminders, prepare your quote, deliver your website and process payment. That's it.
We share only what's necessary with the services that run our business: Google Calendar (scheduling and invites), Stripe (payments), and our email and hosting providers. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Booking a call creates an event on our Google Calendar and sends you a calendar invite at the email address you provide. You can decline or cancel that invite at any time.
We keep booking and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal obligations. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
